Chris sells and serves the greater Coachella Valley communities of La Quinta, Indio, Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage while also operating Indian Springs Real Estate, the on-site real estate office inside the Big Rock Golf Clubhouse at Indian Springs with his business partner and Broker, Traci Moniot.

Chris Casas comes from a family of entrepreneurial business owners on the Monterey Peninsula. His dedication and hard work ethic comes from growing up working in their various businesses, which eventually lead to him running one of his family grocery stores when he was a teenager. About that same time, Chris caught the golf bug and progressed into golf course membership sales at the prestigious La Quinta Resort and PGA West.
In 2001, Chris obtained his real estate license to sell new homes at Indian Springs Golf Club. It was Indian Springs where he proved to have a knack for the business. With great success at selling homes at Indian Springs, he was recruited by a colleague at Shea Homes & Trilogy La Quinta. It was with Shea Homes Chris received some of the best training the home building business has to offer. While also being a top producing salesperson, he was also the Assistant Sales Manager with responsibilities of selling, training, managing, and motivating 14 salespeople for the sell out of the last 600+ homes at Trilogy La Quinta.
When nearing the sell-out of Trilogy La Quinta, Chris returned home to Indian Springs Golf Club to open Indian Springs Real Estate. This is where he brings his clients a winning combination of big builder business practices and sales training along with his local knowledge with a casual & fun demeanor to buying and selling homes.
